• Good presentation and communication skills with ability to handle client relationships at all levels and establish personal relationships.

• Sound analytical and technical thinking skills, to ensure excellent service delivery and reliability.

• Ability to grasp non-technical issues, industry awareness and able to give trusted advice.

Core skills & qualifications

• Relevant ICT or Microsoft/Cisco certifications

• Windows PC and Windows Server operating systems

• Microsoft 365 services in Office/Outlook, Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, AzureAD and related

• Networking, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, Wifi, internet connectivity

• Cloud-based Servers, Backup, Antivirus, file shares, domain registrations, DNS and SSL

• Telephony and Voip experience would be an advantage

• Basic engineering skills such as hardware repair and patching/cabling.
